Pierre Macret was born in 1948 near Paris in Seine et Marne? He studied not at the Beaux Arts but at the School of Building and Public Works, where some courses were drawing and his first discoveries.

In the 2000s, many encounters with painters and sculptors gave him the desire to draw and paint.

Painting indoors in a studio does not give him great feelings in return. Begins learning to draw street, alone under the gaze of passers-by. To his amazement, he makes beautiful encounters with curious people to whom he pays no attention.
